Barnes Noble Edwards are now seeing a distinct shortage of available space in Corby given their success in letting and selling industrial units towards the end of 2010.
Kevin O’Dell of BNE says “ We have noticed a distinct rise in enquiry levels now for some 3-4 months for Corby resulting in us selling and letting many of the units on our books. However there is a real lack of supply for both new and second-hand properties coming forward. Tenants that want to move don’t have much choice right now, which is great news for landlords still searching for that elusive tenant!, But it is not for tenants who seem to have very little choice at the moment. We are getting many enquiries between 1,000 – 10,000sq.ft, although there is also strong demand for larger units of 15-25,000sq.ft.”
BNE do have available two units at Express Park both of 3,500sq.ft and modern units near Rockingham Speedway from 3,950sq.ft upwards to 30,000sq.ft which can be seen on the website www.bne.co.uk.
Kevin O’Dell asks “ If you are considering either letting or selling your units then feel free to contact us for a free no obligation valuation of your space. Even if you wish to move but have a lease obligation, you may be able to assign your lease to another party as many of the enquirers we have will accept short term leases, so if you have 2/3 even 4 years left on a lease we may be able to help you move on”
