THREE DOWN, TWO TO GO!

As reported back in August 2011 the St Andrews Retail Park in Kettering had been gaining some strong interest from a variety of retailers and, at the time, we had just completed to Ecospin Laundry Services who are off to a good start on the park. In addition, Barnes Noble Edwards are delighted to welcome Inspire Salon who have just completed on the neighbouring unit on a 10 year lease with a 5 year break clause which took no more than 6 weeks to go through the legal process, including an agreement to lease! Not the world record I’m sure but pretty good going by today’s standards! We wish them the best of luck.
