Thrapston – Supermarket Proposal

BNE have been advising Scotts of Thrapston on the development of their site for a supermarket.  A planning application is being prepared and a pre-application Public Exhibition has recently taken place which attracted much interest.

Both Scotts and Buildbase stress that they will be relocating within the Thrapston area should the proposal receive planning consent.  Several food store operators are interested in occupying the proposed building.
