We will use all appropriate media to promote your property and ensure that your property is fully exposed to the market and all interested parties have the opportunity to compete.

When offers have been received, we will report these to you and obtain your instructions and, when terms have been agreed, we will provide Heads of Terms to each party and instruct your Solicitors to prepare the necessary legal documentation. We will then liaise with all the parties to ensure that the transaction is concluded in an appropriate timescale.

If you are offering your premises on lease, we will discuss with you the type of Lease, the lease terms you require and the implications these may have on the value of your interest.

If you are a tenant, then we will check your existing Lease and advise how its terms will affect the marketing process and the timetable to find a new tenant. We will also advise on the suitable of the proposed new tenant and take references etc.

If you are acquiring property, we will use our market knowledge to inform you of the availability of suitable premises including those which may not be available on the open market and advise you on the best way to approach the purchase.

We will advise you on the various matters that may affect your use of the premises and its future value and, if you are renting premises, we will advise you on lease terms. We will advise you on value and undertake appropriate checks on condition etc.
