Project Management
Project management is precisely what the name implies: it is a tool for managing projects by combining strategy, goals and techniques from the initial planning of a project followed by the control and execution of a development or building contract through to completion.
BNE’s Building Services Department offer a full project management service to allow our clients to plan and deliver a project in a controlled and reliable manner within agreed cost constraints and to an acceptable timeframe and, where necessary, bringing on board and co-ordinating other members of the project management team such as Architects, Quantity Surveyors and Structural Engineers.
They can advise a client in the selection of a design team and manage a project through from inception to completion or, where necessary, monitor a development project for finance providers, investors and occupiers.
BNE Building Services are able to offer advice on procurement and risk transfer to deliver projects of the right quality and functional standard within a clients’ programme and budget following upon their practical construction and specialist professional and technical knowledge.
This can include carrying out an initial feasibility study on a project to take it through the planning stage and thereon through the tender process and contract administration to the completed project. BNE are able to understand a client’s business and provide a flexible project management service tailored to meet a client’s specific needs utilising some or all of a full range of professional disciplines to ensure a satisfactory end result.
