Rates Liability Halved

Following occupation of their new showroom premises on Northfield Avenue, Wittering West, installers of high quality conservatories, jacuzzi hot tubs and kitchens, www.witteringwest.co.uk were presented with a revised rating assessment of £32,500.  Adrian Wittering called in rating specialist, Chris Noble, who carried out a rating review, recommended an appeal and after exhaustive negotiations with the Valuation Office, secured a 46% reduction in the rating assessment, reducing it to £17,400.
