Crossrail – Compulsory Purchase

BNE have been advising Central London business occupiers on premises affected by the Crossrail transport improvement scheme.  Compulsory Purchase Orders had been confirmed and Notice to Treat served.  BNE negotiated the sale and compensation package for the tenants with Transport for London prior to possession to ensure our clients had funds to relocate.
