Stephen R Edwards FRICS

After college, Stephen trained with the District Valuer’s office and qualified in 1977. He managed the commercial office of Berrys in Kettering, becoming a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors in 1990.

One of the founding Partners of Barnes Noble Edwards, Stephen undertakes Valuation and Expert Witness Reports, rent reviews and rating appeals. He also advises on relocations, redevelopment, residential land sales and all types of commercial property disposals.



John P Rivett BSc(Hons) MRICS

Following a career change away from farming John qualified from Demontfort University, with first class honours, in 2001. John became a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors in 2005.

John enjoys a diverse caseload with his main areas of interest being development, building surveying and landlord and tenant work.



Christopher C D I Noble FRICS

After 8 years practising in Central London and seeking a fresh challenge, Chris joined Berrys Kettering office in 1989 and became a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors in 1991.

 Chris undertakes a wide variety of professional work and specialises in rent review and rating appeals, including making submissions to Arbitrators and Experts and appearing before Valuation Tribunals.

He also undertakes valuation work for a variety of purposes, as well as some management and Compulsory Purchase compensation work. In 2007, Chris gained a diploma in the Conservation of the Historic Environment reflecting his interest and increasing caseload in this field.



Andy Griffiths MRICS

Andy graduated in 1978 and qualified as a surveyor in 1980. He has a vast expertise working in private practice, and in a senior capacity for P & O Group Companies, AMEC and Shepherd Developments.
 
Andy is Head of the Agency department and specialises in Investment and Development throughout the UK.



Trevor M Goodman FRICS

Trevor graduated from Reading University and trained as a Chartered Building Surveyor with one of the country’s leading Industrial Property Consultants, King Sturge, and qualified in 1983.

He became a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and joined Barnes Noble Edwards in 1998 as Head of their Building Department dealing with all aspects of Building Surveying Services.



Kevin O’Dell

Kevin began his property career in Residential Sales in 2000. Based in Middlesex he managed a successful office before relocating his family to Northamptonshire in 2006.

He continued his career with a leading Kettering Residential Agent before joining Barnes Noble and Edwards in March 2007. Since this time Kevin has been able to use his selling skills to good effect in the Commercial Sales and Letting Market, whilst expanding the profile of instructions and client database.

Due to his hard work over the last 3 years, Kevin was promoted to Associate Director, and will continue with all aspects of agency including the Industrial, Office and Retail sectors.
