Barnes Noble Edwards have successfully let unit G7 of the modern Alpha Court facility nearby Rockingham Speedway in Corby to a company supplying motorbike spare parts to the trade industry nationwide.

The industrial space has been let to Larsson UK Limited on a 10 year lease. The unit comprising 6,887ft² (640m²) is due to complete late November after the landlord has finished extensive fit out works for the tenant.
