We are Chartered Surveyors who are proud to have provided professional property services across Northamptonshire since 1994. We specialise in the three towns of Kettering, Wellingborough and Corby that make up the key growth areas of the County.
We chose Kettering as the hub of our activities after identifying the huge potential for future growth in the region. From there we offer a comprehensive range of services through our Professional, Building and Agency departments. And together with our London office, we deliver a proactive, professional and forward-thinking service across the county and beyond.
We pride ourselves on a friendly, jargon-free approach and work hard on your behalf. What is more we are committed to providing you with regular updates on the progression of your projects as well as keeping you informed about new opportunities in the marketplace. Our original Directors are Chartered Surveyors Stephen Edwards FRICS, Chris Noble FRICS and John Barnes MRICS. Trevor Goodman FRICS and John Rivett MRICS joined them as fellow directors in 2006. Associate Director Kevin O’Dell joined us in 2007 and is based in our agency department along with Tom Cropp our latest addition to the agency team, who joined us in 2010.
